Registered Nurse
Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and energized professionals.
Must be able to function at a high level with little oversight on a Monday - Friday day shift schedule.
Coordinate and provide nursing care, training, education and home support for patients.
Work collaboratively and develop relationships with team members, patients and skilled nursing facility representatives.
Collect, analyze and record (EMR) relevant patient health data and develop patient care plans.
BS or AA/diploma in Nursing.
At least 6 months of RN experience with 3 months in hemodialysis needed.
Valid RN and driver's license required along with current BLS certification.
Must be able to travel to local area sites and lift 50 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
